2 Day 2: San Francisco - Sacramento - Elko

Summary of the Day:

Depart from San Francisco this morning and head east towards Nevada. We make the first sightseeing stop at the Sacramento State House of California. Drive over the Donner Pass afterwards, and enjoy the desert view along the way! We will spend the night in Elko Nevada.

Passengers joining the tour from Sacramento, please meet our tour guide at the State House Entrance by 11:00am. Bus will NOT return to Sacramento at the end of the tour.

Summary of the Day:

Depart from Elko, head east to Yellowstone National Park. First of its kind, Yellowstone is home to world’s largest super volcano and over 10,000 geothermal features. Here you can find everything you expect to see in a National Park! Snow covered mountains, waterfalls, lakes, rivers, canyons, meadows, herds of buffalos, elks… and the most amazing geothermal features in the world! Geysers, hot springs, fumaroles and mud pots are the true wonders that make Yellowstone truly unique.
We will spend the night in East Yellowstone or West Yellowstone.

Travel to Jackson, a famous cowboy town as well as a world’s renowned vacation destination. Be sure to visit the Elk Antler Arches Square located in the center of Jackson! Stay overnight in Pocatello.

Some attractions may be closed before the South Entrance of Yellowstone opens on May 10th, additional stops in Yellowstone will be made to replace according to weather and road conditions

5 Day 5: Salt Lake City- Bryce Canyon National Park - Bryce

Summary of the Day:

Depart for Great Salt Lake State Marina this morning, known as “America’s Dead Sea”. Drive to Capitol Hill afterwards and visit the most expensive and magnificent State House in America, the Utah State Capitol! Take a walk in the State Capitol building, and amazed by the architecture, sculptures and the rich history behind it. Temple Square is our next stop! Follow Mormon Missionary sisters’ lead and see the virtue kingdom for LDS church, the Temple Square and learn the history and teachings of the LDS Church. Arrive at Bryce Canyon National Park in the afternoon, discover the spectacular view of the reddish-orange colored sandstone formations, called hoodoos. An amphitheater that is filled by pinnacles, spires, bridges and mesas. Stay overnight in Bryce.

6 Day 6: Antelope Canyon - Horseshoe Bend - Las Vegas

Enjoy a scenic ride on the Colorado Plateau this morning towards Antelope Canyon passing by Glen Canyon Dam, which holds back Lake Powell. Lake Powell is nation's second-largest artificial lake surrounded by 96 side canyons. Antelope Canyon is one of the top ten sites in the world for photography! It is composed of upper and lower canyons; the upper canyon is the Navajo word for "water through the rocks" and lower canyon means "arch-shaped spiral rock." In here, visitors are always amazed by this wavy canyon rock formation, Mother Nature’s Masterpiece. Drive to Horseshoe Bend next - one of the top ten locations in America for photography by National Geographic! Standing by the edge, the view that comprises glowing green water, blue sky, and reddish rock is just breathtaking. Arrive world’s Capital for Entertainment Las Vegas in the afternoon. You can see chocolates being made, sample gourmet treats and meander through the maze of paths at the Botanical Cactus Gardens at no charge. Be sure to sample a piece of fresh made chocolate! After having lunch in Las Vegas, the group heads back to Los Angeles. Stop by Outlets Center for short rest before continuing to Los Angeles. Arrive in Los Angeles in the evening.

If you are staying at the Las Vegas hotel on the following holiday/show date, you need to pay an additional upgrade price :2018:Oct 21th&31th-$60/room per night, Nov 1st-$60/room per night, Dec 30th-$60/room per night, Dec 31th-$120/room per night. 2019:Jan 7th-11th-$120/room per night;Oct 21st,31st,Nov 1st,Dec 30th-$60/room per night. These prices are the upgrade fees for the night of each room. Total upgrade prices needs to be multiplied by the number of days.

Booking Process:

Choose the departure date, pick-up location, number of adults/children, and tours or activities that you like, provide all required information and then place your order.

2. Complete Payment

You can pay with Discover, Master and Visa card, or with PayPal. Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a Reservation Form. The Reservation Form is not your voucher.

3. Confirm Order

Confirmation of your order will take up to 2 business days, depending on availability. If the tour you have chosen is unavailable or cancelled, we will offer you a full refund.

4. Get E-Voucher

Once your order has been confirmed, we will immediately send an E-Voucher to your email. Please read it carefully and keep it with you while traveling.

After You Book:

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.

1. Usitour cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

4. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

5. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

6. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

7. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

8. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

9 Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

10. We recommend that you book your flight ticket after receiving the confirmation e-tour ticket. After ordering the ticket, please return to our website tours.usitour.com “My Account” to fill in the ticket information for the guide to pick up the plane.

11. If the flight is late or delayed, please inform the pick-up personnel in time. We are not responsible for this issue affected due to your pick-up arrangement.

12. For the principle of fairness, the bus seats are rotated daily during the trip. Please cooperate with the tour guide to avoid unnecessary disputes.

13. For New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day or other long weekend holidays, the group fee will be adjusted appropriately. Please confirm the price before booking.

14. In order to ensure that all guests can start the tour on time, please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance, and we are not responsible for your expiration.

Special Note about Yellowstone National Park

1. The Yellowstone N.P. Tour is one of the most popular itineraries during summer, usually sold out 45-60 days in advance. If you need to make sure staying in the Yellowstone cabin, please make a reservation in advance. Please consult our customer service to confirm the location of the cabin.

2. Please check with your customer service staff to verify your order before ordering.

3. Please do not book flight tickets before receiving the electronic confirmation ticket issued by our customer service to avoid unnecessary losses;

4. If you have booked an airline ticket, hotel, etc. in advance without our electronic confirmation ticket, then Usitour company will not be responsible for your personal actions, please understand.

5. Cancellation clause:

Yellowstone N.P. Group Cancellation regulations are subject to this clause.

1).Cancellation or modification of more than 30 days before departure, 10% of the total group fee (minimum fine of $200 per guest, and $300 per guest);

2).Cancellation or modification 15-30 days before departure, a fine of 40% of the total group fee;

3).Cancellation or modification 8-14 days prior to departure, a fine of 60% of the total group fee will be charged;

4).No changes shall be made within 7 days and less before departure.

5).Reducing the number of participants is considered as a cancellation of the itinerary and is subject to the cancellation clause above.

6).According to the itinerary, the tour is ordered within 7 days of the departure date. If you cancel the electronic travel confirmation ticket, you will not be refunded.

7).We reserve a place for the people who enjoy the discount. If the guest of the three-person or four-person room does not appear on the same day, the tour guide will charge the guest to the same room for $200 (Ordinary Yellowstone Group) or $300 (reserving the Yellowstone cabin) The penalty of the group.

Special tips:

The change of the departure date, number of people and name (including the name of any guest in the same room) after the itinerary is confirmed by reference to the cancellation clause above.

The US West Group's cancellation regulations are subject to this clause
